ACS provided BIM services for the Cleanrooms and Steel Structure for this Medical Devices Manufacturing Facility. This involved modelling and detailing all structural steelwork, cleanrooms, MEP services and Ductwork for manufacture and installation. 

Scope of Work:

• Modelling of Cleanrooms to include, Walls, Ceilings, Ceiling Suspension, Doors & Vision Panels
• Modelling of Mechanical & Electrical equipment, Piping and Electrical Containment and Ductwork
• Modelling & Detailing of Structural Steel Frame
• Coordination of MEP Services
• Clash Checking
• Production of drawings for all MEP services for manufacture & installation
• Production of Steel fabrication drawings for fabrication and site erection
