ACS were engaged to provide BIM services for the off-site manufacture and installation of this Temperature Controlled Storage Facility. This involved modelling and detailing MEP services for manufacture and installation and all structural steelwork for fabrication.

Scope of Work:

• Modelling of building envelope to include, Walls, Ceilings, Doors & associated works
• Modelling of Mechanical & Electrical equipment, Piping and Electrical Containment 
• Modelling & Detailing of Steelwork, Handrails, Walkways, Stairs & Access Ladders
• Coordination of MEP Services
• Clash Checking
• Production of drawings for all MEP services for manufacture & installation
• Production of Steel fabrication drawings for fabrication and site erection
• Production of As Built Model
